Refund & Return Policy — Potted Beauties

Service area: All India

  • Live plants (DOA/Damaged in transit): Report within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos + a short unboxing video. Choose replacement / store credit / refund.

  • Pots & accessories: Return within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Change-of-mind returns: Allowed for pots/accessories; customer pays return shipping.

  • Cancellations: Allowed until dispatch.

  • Refund timing: 5–7 business days after approval to the original payment method (or as store credit/bank transfer for COD).

  • Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable (see details below).


1) Live Plant Guarantee (DOA / Transit Damage)

We ship healthy plants with protective packaging. If your plant arrives damaged, severely distressed, or dead on arrival (DOA):

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide order ID, clear photos of the plant and outer packaging, plus a short unboxing video.

  3. Once verified, you can choose one: replacement, store credit, or refund (subject to availability for replacement).

Not covered: Issues reported after 24 hours; damage due to post-delivery conditions (over/under-watering, insufficient light, heat/cold exposure at destination), or normal natural variations in color/size.


2) Returns — Pots & Accessories (Non-plant items)

  • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all inserts/accessories.

  • After inspection and approval, we refund to your original payment method or issue store credit if you prefer.

  • Change-of-mind returns: Allowed; customer pays return shipping.

  • Shipping charges: The original shipping fee you paid (if any) is non-refundable.


3) Non-returnable Items

  • Live plants (except verified DOA/Transit damage claims under Section 1)

  • Gift cards and custom/personalized items


4) Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • You may cancel or edit your order until dispatch.

  • After dispatch, please follow the return process where applicable.

  • Incorrect/incomplete address leading to failed delivery may incur re-ship charges.


5) Refund Method & Timelines

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (bank/gateway processing times may vary).

  • For COD orders (if offered), refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credityour choice.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours (wrong/defective item).


6) How to Start a Return or DOA Claim

Contact us within the specified window with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos + short unboxing video (mandatory for plant claims)

  • A brief description of the issue

7) Return Address

Will be shared after your return/claim is approved. (Please do not ship to any address without our confirmation.)

  • Minor cosmetic variations in live plants and handcrafted pots are natural and not considered defects.
